We check all the valves and safety devices to ensure you and your family are living in a safe environment. On an enamel/steel hot water cylinder a sacrificial anode should be replaced every 5 years. This will reduce the rusting process extending the tanks lifespan.
This will include investigating the cause of your hot water cylinder / system leak or fault. In most cases this can be done vocally not requiring a site visit. If a site visit is required you will not be charged for this visit (conditions apply if specialized e.g. diesel boiler). On determining the fault you will be quoted for the repair, on acceptance we will repair your hot water cylinder immediately saving you cost of replacement.
